Tradition and low density metals aside, the presentation is very thought provoking, like an East Asian interpretation of René Magritte's "The Son of Man".
Still, if it featured in Good Food magazine I would expect the response to be withering at best.
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 - Rice was undercooked, but the flavours in the chow mein made up for it.
