She's very careful, she doesn't rush it, she keeps communicating and checking her subject's condition, and she was able to take him pretty far without putting him in undue distress. So different from many "extreme" videos on here where people get hit just as hard, really, but they can't take it because the technique, the timing, the aim, the warming up, the maintenance of concern for the sub's health, and the comforting, loving touch is not there.
