- I can see this dude has broken his penis before (tore his eurethra and sheething around it) and didnt have surgery to fix it. If this happens to you (I pray not, it HURTS) take the emergency rooms doctors advices and have surgery right away. It will avoid you having a penis that is at an angle like this guys - his looks to be at about a 45 degree angle. He's lucky it wasnt worse. This can RUIN mens lives.
